Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds

Return window: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and photographs of the necklace and packaging.
Condition: The necklace must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact. It must be free from marks, stains, odours, scratches, damage or any other signs of use.
Return pickup: Once approved, House of Holly will arrange the return pickup from the delivery address. Please securely pack the necklace in its original packaging.
Inspection: All returns are inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined and shipped back to the customer.
Refund: Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within [10-14] business days. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Damaged on arrival: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging, and we’ll assist with an appropriate resolution.
