Return Window

A return request must be raised with House of Holly within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will share the return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, The Roadster must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Not have been slept in, sat on, or used by a pet
Be free from fur, stains, odours, marks, scratches or any other signs of use
Have all original tags, packaging and accessories intact
Not have been altered, damaged or mishandled in any way
Be securely packed in its original packaging for return transit

As The Roadster is a large-format product, please ensure it is packed carefully to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping

Once your return has been approved, we’ll share the return details with you so you can arrange the shipment back to House of Holly.

As The Roadster is a large-format piece, return shipping is best arranged directly by the customer through a reliable, trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please pack the Roadster securely in its original packaging and retain your shipping receipt and tracking details until your return has been successfully received and processed by our team.

The Roadster remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches House of Holly.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions above.

If approved, your refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within [10] business days of the return being approved.

If the product is received used, damaged, soiled, incomplete or otherwise does not meet our return conditions, the return may be declined and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Damaged on Arrival

If your Roadster arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share photographs of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
