Gently wipe the Vegan leather exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove everyday dirt.

Do not soak or submerge the carrier, as excess moisture may damage the leather, lining and internal structure.
Use only leather-safe cleaning products when required. Avoid bleach, alcohol, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
Keep away from prolonged exposure to rain, direct sunlight and excessive heat, which may affect the vegan leather and hardware.
Clean the mesh window gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid scrubbing or using sharp objects that may damage the mesh.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Allow the carrier to air dry naturally if it becomes damp. Never use a hairdryer or direct heat to speed up drying.
Keep the zipper, hardware and moving parts clean and free from dust and debris to ensure smooth operation.
When not in use, store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place and avoid placing heavy objects on top of the carrier.
For hygiene, wipe down the interior regularly and allow it to dry completely before your pet uses it again.
Always ensure the zippers, doors and closures are securely fastened before travel.
